I was just wondering if their is a market for this.
I have pretty fast way to scrap email addresses.

you cant scrap emails - theres no metal in it

There is always a market for products, but it would be niche
and very specific.
It would depend what exactly you can scrap, and how public, private or easy that is to obtain.

It's legal to scrape B2B emails.. there are tons of platforms that offer emails like Apollo

If you have mail with additional fields such as first name, last name, profession, etc., you will easily find a buyer
