I make them myself, i have a degree in computing and i am a pretty good coder tbh sites usually take me 3-4 hours each, sounds like a long time but the sites i make are truely good sites - could easily sell for $800 if was using a traditional business model.

I use a customized version of Avada theme and wordpress as you can customize avada easily and pretty much handle all requests a client will need (that are not unreasonable) with avada and some decent html / css knowledge.

I am in the process of making my own avada style theme for when i scale up, i will then obviously be using the staff in the office i am setting up in india to make the sites - but i need the sites to be done right which is why im flying out there to train them.
