Suppose I want to sell a large pack of certain accounts (say 10000 accounts) to just one buyer. Is such a BST allowed or any specific section for it ?

If you’re selling to one buyer, I don’t see a need in creating a BST? Unless you mean 10,000 per buyer, then I don’t see anything against TOS for it.

You cannot sell on BHW without a BST unless you are responding to a hire a freelancer or want to buy thread.
