What is your website? What do you mean by google account banned? Google Adsense?

I think he might mean webmasters. Regardless as long as there is no penalty you can still sell it and get money for it.
I got this alert :
"This message is to alert you that one of your websites is not currently in compliance with our AdSense program policies and as a result, ad serving has been disabled to your website.
Issue ID#: 24690152
Ad serving has been disabled to: mywebsite
Example page where violation occurred: mywebsite/?s=winrar
Action required: Check all other remaining sites in your account for compliance.
Current account status: Active"
then after 4 days I get my account banned for invalid clicks
