sell website but banned from google

I have a website with PR2 and 200 views/day but my google account was banned.
Is there a chance to sell this website ?

I think he might mean webmasters. Regardless as long as there is no penalty you can still sell it and get money for it.

If you're banned from adsense just list it on flippa and sell it on potential with big traffic already. Sometimes it's better to sell on potential than listing small income anyway so no prob.

I got this alert :

then after 4 days I get my account banned for invalid clicks

You could still sell it, if its receiving good traffic im sure other ppc network such as Yahoo ads would work. Make sure you make it clear the site will not work with adsense.
