Hello everyone, been here for a while reading all your good advice, but first time i am trying to involve myself with a question, so please be gentle 
So the thing is this, i am in sort of a wierd space with a specific project.
A while back i was lucky enough to get my hands on a domain which i bought originally because it was a relatively short brandable .com domain (7 letters) now i am no SEO expert by any means, all though i am trying to keep up.
Now after buying it i realized the domain had a Ahref DR of 62 UR of 55 (frontpage) with about 1000 links from all over the world (site was priviously used by someone building Wordpress themes) so quite a few of them are sitewide.
Anyway i decided to rebuild the pages which had incomming links and then add a blog within the wordpress space and then i added some affiliate stuff.
Now quite quickly i started to see rankings, the domain has now had content for about 3 months (was parked before then) most rankings are page 3-4 and above, and then a few non competitive keywords are from on page 1.
Now i know 3 months is not a lot but i had expected to attract more traffic by now, and i am kind of at the point where i am just thinking, are my SEO abilities at all good enough to try to get this project to attract actual traffic through SEO.
So i am now at a place where i am considering either staying with it, or sell it.
Now you guys are clever so i am hoping to get an answer of two things.
1. What would a domain like this be worth if i decide to sell it?
2. Should i rather stay with it, am i on the right track, just with too little patience
