Sell Amazon affiliate site for 1 500 000$

It's a proper business that's using Amazon to distribute their products, not an affiliate site looking for the 3% Amazon commissions.

How it work? You sell parfume Gucci, i bought your site and i need sell my parfume Gucci?

still.....Internet things change too fast for me.
1 year is like 5 years in the real world...

It's very common to sell sites for 24-36x their monthly profit. If someone is selling what they claim is a "GOOD" site and only selling it for 10x, they're either really strapped for cash, extremely desperate, or know the site is about t crash and burn (i.e. blackhat links, and other BH tactics were used to boost SEO rank)

I've seen sites sell in the 35-40x range. 24x is the lowest someone should sell a HIGH-QUALITY site!

This is an Amazon FBA business, not an affiliate website. Its a huge difference. These people are selling an actual business + probably its products + marketing etc. which they spent thousands of dollar for. Its a shitload of work, especially when its about privat labelling - in this case they are also selling their own brand, which can make it very expensive.

Why are they selling it? Probably because they just want the money or think its too time consuming. At some point they have to hire more employees etc. if you get more and more products. Someone who spent 1.5 million bucks on this will definitely scale it up and earn even more than the original owner.

I build and sell amazon aff sites. I have sold sites to FE International, Empireflippers. What your screenshot shows is "Amazon FBA" not Amazon Affiliate site.

For an Amazon affiliate site, if one site has an avg. net profit (income after the expenses) of at least $500 for the last six months, it can be sold at 24x-32x multiple.

For example, if one site makes $1000 of net profit for the last six month on an avg, it can be sold at $24k-32k.

Mostly selling price depends on how well the site is built and future potential. If it was built with a white hat strategy, the price could be higher, if your site has pbn, the price could be lower (that's not always the case).

It really depends on how much one site can be sold for and people do flip sites at this rate.

Do you have a thread here for Amazon affiliate sites?

Thanks for the share. So all these platform you've mentioned are 100% legit? no scams? or the "usual" stuff, same a approaching flippa for instance?

Empire flippers has an edge with high quality buyers so they can ask for more

That is a pretty standard valuation.

FBA sites right now go for 2-3x trailing twelve months profit (TTM). So if he was doing roughly $54k per month profit that is a 2.36 x multiple.

The sites on empire flippers go for higher prices because they are audited and verified BEFORE puttine them on sale and at the beginning he was just selling them to his list, so now that it is open he has a very solid reputation building, auditing and identifying opportunities so if you buy a site from them it has an ironclad guarantee implicit.

Yes...however you should still do your own due diligence when buying through a professional broker.

Absolutelly all I was trying to do was to explain why the empire flipper sites go many times over the monthy cashflow compared to the same type of sites in other market places.

Well it depends on several factors on how fast you're growing, niche etc, and how quickly you could grow and what you are looking to do with it

when a website earn x and keep it up over a 6 month period you charge x24 the monthly income .

website that aceive more then x24 are usally from aution websites, where the x24 value start from.

it that simple.

but remember once you receive all the tat and info , it your resonceabilty to keep it going .

no good crying if you fuck it up.

it possable to de value a website aswell.

Why sell it.

that a personal quistion really , if there solid proof of income and it all legit , not your business , we can all guess but only person selling it really no why.

flippin websites have been around years and as you can see if very profitable and a good example of internet marketting .

this article will show you how it possable to create a amazon afflicate website and how to flip it.

In some cases it is good to buy an fba account that is performing well in its niche but you need to know how to grow and keep up with it. The fact is that if you don't know what you are doing you will be losing your investment, because online stores like Amazon change way too fast compared to offline stores.

It is smart to buy an already made one because with Amazon fba you can ship your product to Amazon and he will do the rest for you. It can become a good way to make passive money actually.
