Self-hosted Mobile Proxies

Does anyone have any experience with building self-hosted mobile (4G/5G) proxies?

What are some good strategies to do this? I am US-based so dcoms/dongles aren't very common here.

You can find dongles on email, but they need to be the correct bands for USA.
