Hi BHW! It's been a while since I've posted anything. I hope everyone is doing well. :)

As a thank you to the BHW community, I've decided to give away one of our 4G mobile proxy scripts 100% free! All you have to do to create your 4G mobile proxies is to follow the instructions. We have years of experience in 4G mobile proxies, and we run most of the world's largest 4G mobile proxy farms. If you bought 4G proxies from the marketplace in the past year, there's a good chance the proxy was running on our software, so you know this script will be great stuff. ;)

4G mobile proxies are the best proxies in the world for many reasons that I'll get into in a different thread. This thread will be a complete guide/tutorial for how to build your own 4G mobile proxy using a Raspberry Pi and a USB dongle. We've created a script that completely automates the process so you can install your 4G mobile proxy with literally one click (Technically, a click and a press :D).

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

First of all, the hardware we need. You simply need to 3 things:

1. A Raspberry Pi

You can use any Raspberry Pi that has an Ethernet port. We recommend you use the Raspberry Pi 3B, 3B+, or 4B as they're the most recent.

If you decide to get the Raspberry Pi 4B, just get the 1 or 2 GB of ram versions as they work fine for our purpose, and anything more is overkill.

2. You will need a USB dongle/modem with a SIM card.

For this, we will use the Huawei E3372h simply because they're cheap and available everywhere.

3. You will need an Ethernet cable.

The type of Ethernet cable doesn't matter (CAT5, CAT6, etc.). Just anything to connect your Raspberry Pi to your router.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now that we have the needed hardware. We start the straightforward process of creating 4G mobile proxies using our script. The steps are:

1. Install Raspberry Pi OS

The Raspberry Pi Foundation has a straightforward and easy to follow tutorial on this https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentation/installation/installing-images/

Any Raspberry Pi OS image will work just fine.

2. Connect everything.
  • Plug the USB dongle/modem into the Raspberry Pi
  • Plug the Ethernet cable into your router and Raspberry Pi

When the hardware is connected, it should be something like this:

3. RUN THE SCRIPT.

This step is by far the easiest. All you have to do is open a terminal in the Raspberry Pi by clicking on this icon:

Then copy and paste this line of code and press enter:

Code:
wget free.proxidize.com/free4g;sudo bash ./free4g

Give the script 10-20 seconds to finish installing, and then you should see an output with your newly create 4G mobile proxy, like this:

Now my 4G mobile proxy is "192.168.0.241:2000" and I can use this on my PC for any bot or software knowing this is the highest quality proxy possible. If you reached this step, then congrats! You've just created your 4G mobile proxy all by yourself. :)

For testing the 4G mobile proxy you just created, we recommend you use Firefox. Just go to Firefox setting and search for "proxy".

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Would you be interested in seeing a video tutorial for this? Let me know below, and if enough people request it, I'll make a full video and ask a mod to add it to this thread.

I'll be regularly updating the script and adding updates to this thread. Let me know if you face any issues or if you would like to see any modifications. I'll do my best to answer everyone. If you're interested in technical stuff, you can see the source anytime using cat.

Stay tuned. I have tons of free guides and giant giveaways coming very soon. :)

thanks mate for this amazing script its possible to use any other modem?

@Better Know , so, for every proxy I want to create, I need a separate Dongle, Raspberry Pi, and router, am I right?
Isn't it will cost more than the 4G proxies from the marketplace?
Correct me if I wrong.

Only the E3372h is supported atm, but I might update it later :)

Value is something that completely depends on what you need. If you want the best possible proxy, then you have to make your own.

Amazing method.

Can this be used to create multiple proxies using same hardware?

Amazing and create it easily.
Is it possible to create a country-specific proxy?

@Better Know - I wanted to buy from your main site but had a few questions. I sent the query using your contact us form a few days (3-5) ago but never got a reply. I'm really interested.

You'd need multiple setups

Amazing and create it easily.
Is it possible to create a country-specific proxy?

You'd need to host the hardware in the country where you need the proxies.

Probably I won`t use this but this is really a great share, thank you!

Happy to help :)

nice little give away there mate.

Thanks!

Thanks for this!

You're welcome :)

Update issued to fix a small issue and the script is now v0.0.1

Is there some extra benefit to using this 4G proxy hardware setup even though it still uses the home router's public IP?

I don't think it's technically cellular 4G networking at that point, but I could be wrong. Regardless, thanks for the share!

personally i think this method is bogus as creating a farm of usb mobile dongles is so much more pricey per ip than is advertised. just my 2 cents after researching this heavily online

There's a small thing called backconnect proxies ;)

I know about 1000+ people who would strongly disagree with you as building their own 4G proxy farm saved their businesses thousands of $$$, but to each their own. Some people just like the convenience of regular proxies, but it often comes at the cost of quality.

can you give me an approx price per usb dongle to setup a farm then?

Let's do some math :)

You're in the USA and you want an unlimited residential or 4G proxy for whatever reason (sneakers, SEO, IG, etc.) You have 2 options. Buy or build your own.

Over the course of a year the cost of building your own will be:
Hardware costs:$100
SIM card: (Unlimited AT&T through a special method)$35/Month * 12 = 420
Total:$520/Year

So, an unlimited 4G/residential proxy will cost you around $500/year and is technically risk-free, since you can sell the hardware anytime.

On the other hand, if you were to buy a US 4G proxy, the average is about $100/Month which is $1,200/Year and comes with a lot of risk including sharing the proxy without your permission, logging your data, etc.

So we can conclude:
Cost of building your own proxy:$300-$600/Year
Cost of buying a 4G proxy:$1,200 - $2,500/Year

This is per dongle using this particular script.

To be honest, it highly depends on the cost of 4G data in your country, even so, I know people in Canada and Australia who are still running their own 4G proxies even though data is relatively expensive. It just depends on whether you care about absolute quality or not.

In my opinion, the quality alone is worth building your own 4G mobile proxy.
