I wonder why would you self host??? And even if you do why are you planning to use reverse proxy?
YOUR ISP will allow that ???

i have my own reasons on why i want to self host, and who gives a shit what the ISP allow, i think i got it all sorted Nginx Proxy Manager + DuckDNS + Cloudflare

Its better if you keep your questions here in public so others interested can also learn from the responses.
You give a shit about the ISP because they are the ones who control your internet. Several ISPs block all inbound connections which make self hosting with that isp impossible.

Well, i have the server up and running for a week now, and i haven't had any problems with ISP

Simply set the Cloudflare Nameservers as Nameserver for you domain. Once your domain is recognized by cloudflare, you can simply set the DNS Records for your domain. You can set the Hosting IP as a record, so your domain will point to your vps / cpanel / whatever
