[Self Hosted - Dedicated Server] Which Panel to choose?

Hello community,

I am currently hosting my white hat business on a dedicated server in Europe.

Its a full installation of Proxmox, as Hypervisor-1; I wanted to host my websites & email accounts on this server, business related, private & "BHW related".


So I did some resreach related to good open source panels on GitHub, from what I saw:


Mail only:

- Mailcow [seems to be top notch]


Hosting:

• - CloudPanel
• - CyberPanel
• - HestiaCP
• - ISPConfig3
• - Virtualmin + Webmin
• - aaPanel

I know this question has already been asked in some BHW threads, but still - new providers appear and some may have improved.
Or do you think Plesk & cPanel is the way to go?
I know there are "shared" licence providers as well, most likely ripping off customers, so I focus more on the open source ones - Plesk would be an option, but only if its significantly better.

For my Use case:
- Approx: 5-10 Websites: Lets assume, 5 Lightweight - 3 Normal with Elementor Pro + Plugins, so massively packed with Plugins - and 2 E-Commerce
- Email Accounts: 5-8 Domains; 5 Mostlikely rarely active, but 3 "More".


No Reselling Ambitions.

I personally struggle between:

- Cloudpanel + Mailcow
- HestiaCP + Mailcow
- Plesk

i use aapanel, i think is very easy to install and use
