Select Hosting Plan for Website

Hi friends,

I'm going to start new WordPress site and thinking about hosting plan.I already have godaddy hosting plan which is deluxe package, it can host multiple site include WordPress (https://sg.godaddy.com/hosting/web-hosting).

But i'm thinking, is it better to go for special WordPress hosting plan like below ? (https://sg.godaddy.com/hosting/wordpress-hosting)

I'm confused about what are the difference of these two plans,because both hosting plans able to host WordPress sites.Is it ok to use my exist hosting plan ?
Give me some idea. My site is related to Entertainment gossip.

Your 1st URL is general hosting for all CMS...But the second one specially made up of wordpress so you can go with second one it is better for wordpress site.

I think you should stick to current hosting plan as they make no huge difference.

Like he said, if it's only a Wordpress website you should be fine with the current plan you have with Godaddy, just stick to what you have currently. You'll be fine !

Hello Mate,

Just note that "Unlimited" hosting is a gimmick, look around for the smallest wordings stating the above term.

Let me laugh, you don't have Unlimited space OR bandwidth that is a fake marketing advertising.

Switch to buyshared is better than godaddy without any doubt. Ovh is great also.

If you are starting out a shared hosting plan should be fine for your needs right now. If you really want a wp managed host then I would look at wpengine as that is all they do.

Other than that most other host that market Wordpress hosting put you on the same shared server as the shared hosting accounts.
