[Seeking] SEO Management Tool

Hey guys,

I'm new to BHW and fairly new to the world of SEO. As I'm starting to build out my SEO practice, I'm noticing it's difficult to manage the sheer volume of items that go into my work streams. For example when trying to rank for a keyword, I'll have a bunch of excel documents that go into the project such as:

• Initial keyword research
• Research on keyword difficulty and currently ranking content
• Backlink analysis of said content
• Tracker of the backlinks I'm purchasing
• AHREFs tracking of my own content/domain

Right now, all of these things live in separate documents/platforms which creates organization hell. So I was wondering if there was a tool or service that anyone could recommend that helps navigate the soup to nuts process of it all and put it all into one place.
