You can take a photo with your phone and hold it up to your laptop's camera, but in reality, it's much easier to create or buy a new account, because photo verification is quite difficult to pass when you don't have one.

Nowadays, platforms check a huge number of parameters that no phone emulator can replicate. And even if an emulator manages to spoof some, they will look very foolish in the eyes of the algorithm. It would be like eating chocolate, and your friend asks: "What are you eating?" And you answer: "I'm eating pink mango" (I think my humor is clear).
The number of attempts you make during the selfie verification also matters. The more deviations, the more red flags.

I don’t believe, i am experienced in this section, paypal selfie isn’t possible to bypass, they use facetec technology & you can't bypass it 100%
Though seeking.com selfie verification possible, i did multiple times

I used to believe that too until i tried to make a new account using the same face, mine, a different hairstyle and a new ID with diffferent data on it, and i was able to verify the new account with that new ID without any issues in that platform.
I realized that a lot of the KYC industry relies on the psicology that we belive that they can't be fooled.
