I'm currently looking to create a TikTok and Instagram channel featuring cute cat compilations, and I'm hoping to find a SaaS tool that can help me with video generation.

Specifically, I want to import about 10 compilation videos, each made up of various clips showcasing adorable cat moments. My goal is to use an AI tool that can generate 10 new videos by mixing segments from these original compilations. Ideally, each output video would incorporate different clips from the 10 input videos, creating fresh and engaging content.
