Hello! Has anybody tried hiring OF chatters using Upwork here?
I use an anti-detect browser to create multiple profiles using HTTP proxies (I've tried different providers) where I 1) DM the applicants with a link to a form so they go to my database on Airtable and I can continue the screening process from there or 2) I simply post the link on the job post so everyone can apply. I don't hire any applicants through the platform or have direct communication with them through the page more than sending the link to the form so they can apply.
In any case, the accounts are still getting banned way too fast (or the posts are taken down because it requests ID verification, which I can't do because I'm constantly creating new accounts), doesn't really matter how many things I try to change when making job posts, changing my forms or even using the AI feature Upwork offers to automatize your job post title and description creation. I have also tried different providers, as well as browsers and no luck so far :s If anything I feel like they've become much stricter lately.
If anybody has any useful advice on how to make accounts whose job posts go live without asking me for ID verification or banning the accs I'd really appreciate it
