I recently got approved for $5k AWS startup credit. How can I utilize the account, or should I just sell it? If you have any suggestions on how I can use the account, please guide me.

You can test your Auto Scaling group using AWS EC2 instances and configure automatic scaling based on load.
 
If you are interested in IoT, AWS provides services that can help you connect devices to the cloud and process data.
 
Just sell it and make quick money with this asset if you don't know what to do with it xD
