I'm looking to boost my sales and lead generation (medical tourism), but I've exhausted all the strategies I know. I'm now open to exploring Black Hat, Grey Hat, or innovative White Hat tactics that can genuinely enhance the effectiveness of my advertising.

I'm particularly interested in refining my audience targeting through the use of pixel technology to ensure a highly relevant audience.

For example I've utilized link shortening technique to fill my pixel pool with interested people. I'm curious to discover if there are any other creative strategies for building an audience that is both highly relevant and engaged. I would appreciate your insights and recommendations.

Facebook currently uses a campaign competition algorithm on the same account, you can create 5 campaigns with different content and the same customer audience. to spend about 3 days to find an effective strategy to turn off the remaining groups and continue scaling. By doing so, you will find an effective campaign and optimize your budget
 
Thank you for your opinion. That's good, but these are still regular strategies that are well known to professionals.
I want to learn unknown techniques, which may require more technical knowledge and may also require something outside of the Facebook panel.
By the way, I would also be happy to hear about the same types of strategies for Google Ads.
 
Shortening links will not help you; Facebook always sees the final link when exiting an ad. Use Cloaking

Maybe you have not set the right customer goals, or the content has not attracted effectively

No I didnt say that my campaign is not working, its not bad, but I used many strategies and want to learn more. Of course the campaign cam be much better too but I tried many thing in the panel itself.

what do you mean by always see the final url? The final url doesn't have my pixel.
What do you mean by cloaking? (I know cloaking) I mean the strategy itself.
I will be happy to hear other professionals ideas.t

Protip: Use LeadEnforce to make LLA from super targeted Public Facebook Groups. In your case, you can literally target groups that are based around specific medical conditions.

I'm a big lead gen guy and this has been absolutely crushing for me. Let me know how it goes for you.

I think you should create a few campaigns with different content/imagine, different targets to see which campaign reaches more potential customers, keep it, and then you can duplicate that campaign to can reach more customers
 
pls use cloaking, I think Shortening links will not be effective

@mehranmahouti I recently joined medical tourism company in UAE, If you can I am kindly asking to share some of your strategies
They were relying on google ads & networking in local events but unfortunately it didn't yield much.
I will be appreciated if you can help me
