Weird title for keywords in hope of getting this indexed.

If you are ever looking for a merchant account DO NOT USE

Securepay
Pipeline Data Processing
Charge.com

First off, their chargeback policy is fucking nuts. One chargeback within first three months of processing and they audit your account or something along those lines. I got a chargeback because apparently if a customer clicks the submit button more than once, it charges him as many times as he clicks submit and does not notify you in any way.

Their customer service sucks cock. It will take you at the very minimum 30 minutes to get a rep on the phone. After that, they will probably just transfer you around because no one has any idea what they are doing.

I signed up through Charge.com because I was an idiot and had no idea how processing worked at the time. If you go to their signup page, it looks pretty normal and appears to list the fees straight up.

WHAT THEY DON'T TELL YOU: $495 cancellation fee.

Sometimes that might be normal for an account. But for shitty service and OK rates it's not. Oh, and did I mention it's in the fine print, inside the terms and conditions, on the second page of the agreement with the bank? This is not a fucking acai offer, it should be straight up. Here's the link, try and find it for yourself - https://www.charge.com/pipeline_docs/tc.vimas.aspx?MID=F897D48D2854C2B8

What I am doing: taking all of my money out of the account they are connected to, closing the account, canceling the service and lol'ing as they attempt to take $495 of mine.

Once again do not try and use Securepay or Pipeline data processing or Charge.com. Not a full on scamming service but deserves the shitlist for sure.

From chargecom FAQ:

2. Will I be locked into a contract if I open a chargecom account? Absolutely not! While other credit card processors will lock you into a 3 year contract with massive cancellation fees of up to $1,000, there is no contract commitment with chargecom. That means you can cancel your chargecom account anytime with no cancellation or termination fees.
****************

They won't lock you but they will charge you how silly is that

Damn, Just made an account before i read this. :S ill try to cancel it before its too late
