    Hi folks,

I figure if anyone can answer this question, its YOU folks with all of your turbo-charged expertise!

I've finally had it with my email provider and am looking for a secure (as can be in today's world) email address with a company that I might not have to change anytime soon. Free would be best. Very inexpensive would be next.

My other half keeps changing Internet providers, so that idea is toast for now.

Yahoo's out. Too many hacks. Not sure about Gmail.

    Ideas?

    Thanks so much!

Gmail is really the best in terms of quality/usability. As others point out, there is potential risk of them doing things like having a bot check to see if you're talking about your PBNs or something in your emails.

Outlook is usable and if you're concerned about Gmail, it is a decent option.

Gmail is the best, Outlook is second. Both of them will be around until the apocalypse.

gmail is secure for use if you enable 2 step verification security.

I would prefer Gmail as well. With a Google Login required in many App's/Sites, it would come in handy too.

Why do you care so much about an email address? I have tons. From a lot of providers.
I got hacked? I'll change it in no time.
    I get spammed? Same.
I need one for some obscure marketing purposes? I'll just make another one.
I need one to show it as my public email? That's a different thing.I'll do one like [email protected] and forward it to whatever address I want.

I prefer Gmail and Outlook, both are good but in my personal opinion Outlook is good for business and more secure than Gmail.

Gmail is the best option especially with 2fa enabled.

Looking for [email protected] then you can buy a domain (yourname.com) and get Gsuite (previously google apps) 1 email for 5 dollars per month with gmail interface but on your domain.
