but with everybody doing that, I really see no point in pinging yourself. Odds are every other xrumer/scrapebox guy is pinging the hell out of the blogs/forums whatever... so they will ping it for you. That also depends on how many OBL there are and if its spammed to death. So if you use AA lists you shouldnt even bother pinging

We (linklicious) use a bazillion proxies so that we don't get banned and you are suggesting is "Natural", which is an old school approach...and yeah, it "works"...but if half of your links don't get found, then half of your money is down the drain.

I think it is just an IP banned from the pinging service, but this usually temporary so yeah I agree with HKSEO Rotzee, you can get away with using many public proxies, they are free and available everywhere
