Searching for a good AI chat for so long

I've been searching for a long time for a good AI chat. I've bumped into multiple wanna-be chats that promoted 1 thing and offered something totally worse. (lying to your customers about the services you offer should be punishable imo, even for small providers. Don't tell me you offer 1M memory on a good AI (which is absurd anyway, since only REALLY big companies can afford such things) just so I end up with something very far from the truth.



So far after all the search I've found CrushonAI which honestly feels nice, many options to choose from such as characters to roleplay with, or to create them for myself and for others, multiple AI models to pick up from...the flexibility feels pretty good, especially when I have a lot of free models to pick from. Free Gemini Flash 2.5? Hell yeah, I'll take that.

Have you guys found anything nice so far? Or was I the only one struggling?

Yeah, a lot of AI chats overpromise. CrushonAI is decent for roleplay, but I’d also check out platforms like JanitorAI, Character.AI or KoboldAI depending on what you want. Each has tradeoffs, so it’s more about testing which one matches your style.
 
Same here, I struggled to find something trustworthy. Tools like CrushonAI with multiple models and free options are rare but really handy.

Many AI chat platforms overpromise, so finding CrushonAI with multiple free models and roleplay options like you mentioned is pretty rare. You could also try JanitorAI, Character.AI, or KoboldAI to see which one suits you best.

i’ve tried a few, but most overpromise and underdeliver. crushonai sounds solid with the roleplay options and free models definitely better than the usual hype-filled ones.

I just checked the so called CrushonAI, its truly amazing. Ai is at this point going really hard
 
Crushon’s fine, but Suno + Pygmalion stack gives better coherence if you route it through a local backend. Cloud ones still throttle context too early. Depends what you are looking for mostly
