Hey there!
just tried to find the right subforum but didn't know exactly where to post, so apologize if it's the wrong place.
We developed a SaaS tool for algorithmic trading, where quantitative traders can write their trading strategies in a live editor and using native python code, with integrated historical price data, backtesting solution, one click performance sheet generator with over 200+ KPIs, paper trading and live trading on binance, okx and alpaca and over 20 trading coin/pairs. We published know the fully backtesting solution incl. editor and performance sheets.
I'm now trying to figure out, how can I grow this project. We have the following tools:
- Webflows with integrated blog
- Discord Server
- Instagram Account
- LinkedIn Account/Page
Tools I use for analyzing:
- Google Analytics
- Mixpanel
What is the best way to build and grow new users? Is there any blueprint out there where we can grow the number of members on our SaaS plattform. Currently it's totaly free, because we need feedback to develop the tool into the right direction. Where should we focus? Discord? Email Newsletter Marketing? SEO?
I made a test campaign this summer on Linkedin > Dripify > Zapier > Close.com and generate over 1.000 direct contacts, but didn't sell any packages, because we wasn't ready.
Is there someone who can help us? We are completly bootstrapped and not funded. So the best approach for us is to get a stickyness and organical growth. Any tips and tricks and links to a blueprint growth strategy I would appreciate it.
