I wouldn't mind releasing it as a free tool. I have done that quite a bit int he past. Finishing up a web crawler addition to Expired Article Hunter right now so I already have most of the code written. Once I get done with that I can code a comment crawler. Send me a list of good sites for it. If my understanding is correct it needs to find comments with other URLS in it to know that they are being approved?

Exactly! With the comment with URL approved by big news website moderator that means it probably high quality comment... so the tool user can get example to learn and get the concept of how to leave hi quality comments
