Script Help?????

I have had great luck making money from tube sites but my users are tired of the look and features and so am i can any one tell me a good video sharing script low in price but great and easy to make custom now i no i can get a custom one built but have no idea how much it would cost last price i got years ago was 5-10k which is to much for a start up run and my pockets but help me out all info is helpful.
