Guys, didn't want to 'cause such a heated debate! I'm just in the place where I spent 5months working on the tool, I went public with it and there is only cricket's sound... can you then please let me know how do I craft this nice subject title? Or how to enhance chances? My niche are Interior Designers (1-10 people companies) in UK. There is a limited audience of course so I'm not sure if buying some mass DM tool will help, wouldn't this like destroy my profile?
How many should I send a day to avoid being shadowbanned?

There is a soft limit on how many cold dms per day you can send out. That being said, its important that you are rotating your IP every time you send a new message. This is important if you are using multiple accounts to send the DM from 1 device.
What's the limit? Also, will changining the IP really gonna do the trick? I cannot wrap my head around this idea if it’s still just one account (on the other hand I don’t want other one as I want to drive them to my profile where they can see benefits of the tool and then go to the product link)

You might be hitting their spamboxes instead of their inboxes, sending 20/30 DMs a day might sound like very little - but if you’re not properly rotating accounts while doing so you’re most likely still going to get flagged by their anti-spamming algorithm. A better approach would be spreading these DMs across a number of accounts.
Well so should I create multiple IDENTICAL accounts or just like burner random ones? I thought that while sending these from a genuine account it will increase my chances, I'm not including links in the DMs now simply inviting them to my profile as I thought links would be number 1 spam flag,

You could create identical accounts, but you’re still going to need to spoof useragent and fingerprint, along with rotate proxies (make sure you’re using clean non-abused IPs) to make sure that your accounts don’t all get flagged simultaneously.
It’d also be advised to warm the accounts for a couple of hours/days before blasting out DMs to increase account longevity.

You should be getting better results with how many messages you're sending.
Make sure your page is verified for social proof purposes, your page is past a thousand followers organically, your page appears professional, your dms are VERY personalized for the person you're messaging (everyone gets spam dms daily).
I suggest getting snov.io to find emails of potential clients, this is a google extension that you can use on any website to find potential client emails.

You could try going through manual configuration of Dolphin Anty, or another anti-detect browser - they’re pretty straightforward to use and most of it is rather self explanatory. Also many setup guides to be found on YT.
Well, I must admit that I have only a few followers given I have no clue how to get to 1k, I don't want to SPAM my profile given the posts I want to be about my tool and it's only so big! Maybe Reels could help me grow? is there a drastic change in how IG treats me the more followers I have? I have not heard of anything like this.

I feel you — IG cold DMs can be tough with low responses. Staying consistent with engagement like you’re doing is key, but yes, many messages land in requests. Maybe mix in some email outreach or try stories to warm people up first. Keep testing what works best!

I now that IG is basically a number games now given the "open rate" is close to 0%, I hope e-mails gonna be better. No idea what else should I try tho! Reddit was a hit and a miss, there is no Interior Designer hanging out in there, guess it's just not their spot.

Already good info from the other replies after mine as far as suggestions go.
Warming up your account by some 3 days or so is usually a good idea.
Your usual Story reaction to DM followup is still the most organic way into someone's inbox without being immediately marked as spam. A quick, relevant message should do the trick, keeps it native.
Could also engage with Reels that have CTA, bait people with niche Reels and such. Plug a dm-based CTA and get them to message you instead lol.
Gonna try it for sure, I know I need to try Reeld but making this DM based so they come to me sounds genius, any working examples? Thanks in advance!

Hard to format out a reply since a lot of what you put in depends on the account your messaging, the Reel you're messaging to, etc. and quite a lot of social engineering as well. You'll want to tailor it to that user so it doesn't seem like a spam you're sending out to 50 or so other accounts at a time.
Although you could go for something like "I just saw your post on [this or that]. I’ve been working on something similar that might be useful, mind if I share?” or something along those lines that really drive engagement or bait a reply, I suppose you could say.

Cold DMs still work very well, they are just an expensive and inefficient way so if you have a small budget, forget about it. Even if messages go into the Requests, there are enough people on this earth who will open them to make it worth your while. However, owing to the inefficient nature of cold DMs, if it's not an easy niche to convert like NSFW, then you need a big budget.... like a big one. If you are dealing with a few hundreds or thousands of dollars for your budget, forget about it.
I'm rather in hundreds game until I verify that my idea is truly working, I don't mind to pay for some leads data or automate email/IG outreach, but I'm not in the posiition to pay for ads or to setup 100 burner phones with 100 IG account and mass DM half of the human population to get 17 replies
