Although Currently, I am having a hard time creating backlinks.

Can someone share with me a few tips that I can use to create some great quality backlinks my niche is health specifically pain medications Would love to hear from you guys.

Well if you have written good and indepth content on pain management, you could reach out to the doctors, clinics and professionals involved in pain management. You can write some good stuff that is general info about pain management. Then you can reach out to these professionals and ask them if they could link to your articles since those might be very good information points for their clients. Since you are not in their competition, they wont mind giving you links.
