Scraping white pages neighborhoods?

I am looking for advice anyone in BH world can provide regarding scraping white pages/assessor GUI for homeowner data in specific neighborhoods/zip codes? I sell solar and am looking for say the nearest 5K neighbors surrounding a job site and then loaded into .csv for a predictive dialer to cold call.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Maybe you can visit and post a request at zenno forums? There should be plenty of people there that can do it for you for a good off-shore price.

I have not visited Ubot, but same there most likely.
