I've been involved in enough software development in the past to know that there are always users who come up with weird problems that pretty well no-one else can replicate, but which affect them very seriously.
This guy went off on one right from the off:- "ATTENTION: for everybody using scrapejet, it has a massive bug that is being ignored/denied by the developers at the moment" was attention seeking and wholly unjustified. However, so is flaming the guy for his problem. He probably does have a problem, it obviously is rare but it almost certainly is real and related to his, and one or two others', way of setting up their kit. My answer under these circumstances has always been to try and sort the issue out, and, if it is unique and a one-off and eventually incurable, offer a full refund.
I've got Scrapejet, love it, and don't have a problem. Doesn't mean he doesn't have one. Best answer is just to refund and carry on with the other 99% of users.
