Is there any way to send marketing emails to scraped emails without getting penalized? Is there a smart way to do it or should it just be avoided

how many did you scrape. 100, 1,000, or 100,000
anecdotal--few years ago scraped around 1000. made a simple auto-clicker with free tools to send them all one by one in thunderbird on a gmail. split it across 2-3 days. i assumed they all went throug. i ended up with some good leads.

I am not Familiar with the USA and there is some CAN-SPAM ACT also about this.Maybe you should check this one!

There are thousands of people already doing it. You need to divide your leads across email addresses and domains.

What method do you suggest for this,to have a custom SMTP server/use a mailing service/use mailing blasters like atomic blaster and many more?
