I scraped 5-6 thousand emails of people directly in my niche (digital products). Trying to avoid spamming them, but I did do a test email to the list offering a free download just to see if they'd sign up to my platform (freemium, subscription-based with premium tiers). Had very little success. Open rate was below avg, unsubscribe was surprisingly low, & had a few ppl sign up.

My question is, are there any other uses for these emails besides email marketing? I mean these emails were scraped from mostly instagram & youtube accounts, & they would all be direct customers for me as they all have an interest in my niche based on keywords located in their profiles.

Any feedback is appreciated

I'm trying to do the same , but with youtube they only allow me to get 5-10 emails a day>

Did you use Scrapebox or a similar platform

No, i used google lol. *keyword* @gmail site:instagram.com , then used a chrome extension to grab all emails in the results with my keyword in their profile

I just tried it with youtube & my keyword brought back 14,000 results

Yes I've tried with YouTube & also with other email extensions i.e @yahoo etc. I'll have to find the extension for you later when I'm home

Why don't you continue emailing people, how many have you emailed from the 6,000?

You can try run ads to them through custom audience.

Thanks for the suggestion, I'm going to try this with the custom audience with ad words & compare results.
Of the 6k, I emailed around half in two separate A/B emails broken down to 1500 in each. Similar results with two separate subject lines

Just out of curiosity, once your list is compiled are you doing email marketing primarily? Any other uses with your email lists?
To avoid being blacklisted, I used a secondary email to send my emails promoting my site fwiw

Did you manage to inbox? Open rate can be low simply because you hit spam.

Did get back home and look for the extension i think a lot of others would like to know to.

I believe I did inbox for Gmail, as several of the people contacted me &/or signed up. But I also had what I thought was a high rate of undelivered

Try to clean your list before sending.

Warm-up your emails

Verify your content maybe you have some words that trigger spam filters.

What are you using to send your emails?

Thanks for the suggestions, I'll def do this next round. I used SendinBlue. I did have "free" in one of the subject lines that could have triggered spam, since I was giving away a free demo of the product. In hindsight, I could have written a better subject line

try using sendinblue to send 2-4 different mails. even gmail or domain email. on each topic and text. sendinblue gives analytics redirect through itself and showed excellent inbox on small volumes from 1 email

and no spam words as free. find analogs for them. and the price of 0$ also do not write))
