Scrapebox is still working. I have it running on my VPS as I'm typing this. They have two add-ons that come with the software. Scrapebox alive checker & scrapebox vanity name checker. You'll also need proxies as well.

No plugin is needed. Website Contact is a completely different software from Search Engine Ranker. SER is mainly for automated link building and WC is for mass contact form submissions.

Yes, Scrapebox is working fine. I use it to scrape emails and it works well.
