Everything seems to be ok with proxies.
How many proxies are you using with 30 threads ?

I'm using 10 private proxies
I'm using GSA SER WIKI footprints so I think there may be advanced operators.
For how long google bans IP's ?

As noted, your IPs are banned. With 10 proxies and advanced operators you will have a hard time using 1 connection per engine. You should switch to using the detailed harvester and then also add a delay. Plus it will give you status about your proxies, and tell you if they are banned, and/or more information about the errors.
With advanced operators I would go for 1 connection for every 30-50+ proxies. I use 1 connection and 50 proxies myself and have no issues. But it depends on how many times in the past the proxy has been banned. The more it has been banned the faster it will get banned and the longer the ban will last. Most bans last 12-48 hours ish, give or take a little.
I use buyproxies.org and request that I keep my proxies and that they don't change them each month. They allow this for me. I like this option because then I control the same proxies month after month and I control if they are going to get banned or not.
Anyway, use the detailed harvester and most of your issues will become self explanatory and then you can test what works best with your footprints.
Also you can try and refactor your footprints or just build your own, focusing on elements that do not use advanced operators. Sometimes an operator is the best or only way to get a desired result, but I would say upwards of 80% of the time you can achieve advanced footprints without operators and then your proxies do not get banned as fast.
If you are using someone elses footprints then likely they have uneccesarily included operators because operators make things quick and easy, and it takes a lot more time to build the footprint without the operator, and if they are trying to churn out some content and give away some footprints to get credibility then they don't care about it.
Anyway, even the footprints that are in GSA SER by default are certainly not exclusive. SER has a footprints tool as well, that can significantly speed up the work of building or refactoring your footprints.
