Scrapebox to collect emails and names

I would like to know if Scrapebox can scrape results for a specific niche, let?s say, in the health category and identify blogs by an Optin Form as a Footprint?

The reason.... I read a post from Neil Pattel in Smart Passive Income where he suggest this:

ScrapeBox can give me a result of 80,000 sites and I just pay someone to clean up that list, then from there, ScrapeBox can actually take their name and email for me. And when
you create a really detailed list you can use it with mailing programs like MailChimp

or SendGrid to mail out like literally 50,000 and contact them to whatever message
I may want to give them .

( In this case ask if I can buy solo ads from those guys)

and even if I get small response It will be a good number because I sent many emails
My recommendation is not to send more than a few to test it out. Figure out what messaging
works. And then start sending out more and more but do it over time and do not harass
your list

What I didn't get is were those collected emails are from, are they from a contact form?

Is this strategy possible?

"But the really key important part is that if you don't have
someone to clean up that list first, you're just going to be spamming the web and your emails are not going to get delivered as well
because if you get spammed complaints, the emails won't show up in their inbox"

I checked the Ace Pro Email Extractor and I'm thinking in extracting emails that have something to do with "my keyword" on Facebook and run a campaign with the Custom Audience option

But the Scrapebox strategy I had in mind is trying to use the rep some bloggers have with their list and pay for a solo ad like a review of the product I want to promote

Maybe You're right and I should try to contact directly the people on those lists but I'm a little bit concerned about getting marked as spam

I wish I could give you more info but I know that there are ways to have your emails go to inbox. I think it has to do with smtp.

The way I see it, if you have something useful to offer people that will improve their lives, it isn't spam

you can also need to know that SB generates mails by itself. and if you extract mail from blogs that are spammed to death, probably most of them are fake.
