Scrapebox Support

Some weeks ago my scrapebox software could not reach the servers from them, but i could use it. This happanes for around two weeks; everything else was like normal with my computer/internet. I tried to write them with a form on the website. No answer.

Then i had to change my computer to a new one (without acess to the old one now); i have downloaded Scrapebox again and have written them three times in three weeks. Again no reaction.

So please, has anyone an idea how to reach this company? Are they still alive?

They respond within 24 hours, 365 days a year for more then a decade.

Are you typing in a working email when you contact them? Also if so its probably all going to spam, so make sure you whitelist @scrapebox.com

You need to use the latest version or its not going to work.

Then if you submit for activation and there is a problem they will always mail you in 12 hours or less to the license email. So make sure you whitelist at that email too.

Finally i got an answer, but only that one, that they have written five times. I still have no idea what to do.
The only thing i have is my mailadress. I have no other data like serial, time of sell, selling number or something like this.

They have a selling post here you might be able to speed up a bit if you write there

Whats the issue, your trying to activate?

You need

Your name - clearly you know this
Your paypal transaction/receipt ID - see below for more on this
Your payment email - If you paid with paypal, its your primary paypal email. If you don't have a paypal account its whatever mail you put in when you purchased with a card. At any rate paypal will have sent you a receipt to this email address and scrapebox will have sent you a welcome email to this address


As for the transaction Id/receipt Id - if you have a paypal account, you can look it up in your account. Regardless of whether or not you have an account paypal will have sent a receipt email to the payment email address. This email has either your transaction ID (if you paid with paypal funds) or a receipt ID (if you paid with a card).

Thats all you need. So just check your email its all there, unless your paypal and scrapebox mails are also going to spam... then of course look in spam.

or does it have to go through entire list?

It will go thru whatever you load in. But you can get used to your ratios, so like if you know your get a 33% success rate, just load in 3000 urls and you will get about 1000 successes, etc...

hi @loopline sorry I'm still new to BHW, can I ask is Scrapebox able to scrape articles on different websites as shown on google results just by exact keywords? can I have more details on this? would be glad if you could PM me as I could not find the PM function.

Hi @loopline , I got problem with Scrapebox activation. I’m not sure which email I used back in 2011 so I can’t check my Transactions ID and that email I can’t access anymore. I can provide other detail like NAME, LICENSE KEY and possible email address i was using to purchased.

I already email to your support but no solution because I don’t which email and Transactions ID. Hope you can help me.

He cannot help with that as he does not work for scrape box.

He offers a ton of help here but you are asking for something that has to come from SB offices.

Sorry . I thought he work for Scrapebox. I’m not sure I’m not sure what i gonna do to activate.

You can put your keywords in the keywords box and harvest google and then take the resulting urls and load them into the article scraper addon or the article scraper premium plugin and then scrape the articles based on the keywords.

However the article scraper works with whatever databases you build in, so you would want to probably pick an article database, bulid it in, and then scrape a bunch of article urls from that specific database. Or the plugin can just crawl thru the site looking for your keywords.

I can't solve it as basstrackerboats stated, but I can tell you how it works in general.

The license team at scrapebox can research your license details for you 1 time. However for security purposes they will only send the details to the license email address.

So you would need access to that email account. If you don't have access, you can try and regain access to that email account or even buy that domain again and setup that email account again, if thats an option.

Else you can look in your backups wherever you put important license data like this. Like I have all my licenses on my hard drive, on amazon S3/Glacier and then also backed up to a local external drive.

Regardless once you have your data I would make sure you back it up, even in google drive in case of hard drive failure etc.


Lastly if you cant' recover it, you can always use the blackhatworld link here to buy a new license at the greatest discounted price.

I just purchased SB, received my activation email, downloaded, now getting this error message when trying to extract it.

Anyone seen this before?

Your .zip file has been corrupted somehow, the scrapebox.zip file on the scrapebox.com server is not corrupt so when you downloaded either your connection timed out or your security software stopped the file from being downloaded fully.

You should just try and re-download the file.

Thank you, Sweetfunny. For whatever reason, I was having an issue with Chrome. I redownloaded with Edge without issues. Thanks for the help.
