Scrapebox Support - How?

I've had Scrapebox for 7+ years and recently changed computer moving my hard disk to the new PC meaning the license on Scrapebox would not work.

I've reached out to Scrapebox support (3 weeks ago) and they advise I need to provide:

Registration Email.
Business Name/Name.
Paypal Transaction ID.

I provided the Registration Email, Business Name but could not provide the Paypal Transaction ID as I can't go back this far. I advised Scrapebox. They said no problem we've sent the License info the the registration email.

So, starts the communication which has taken 3 weeks which has mostly found me being ignored.

The registration email no longer exists (it was 7 years ago) so I asked them to send them to the email that was registered to the Paypal Transaction ID OR I could set the email up again (I still own the domain) but it would be a pain to do this so please could they send this to the email with the Paypal Transaction ID.

I'm being ignored, I've even written poilte emails saying please do not ignore me it's not nice I just need to know how you want me to proceed so I can get my license information. After 3 weeks I just don't know what to do. It's meant to take 2-3 days. I don't even get a response to my emails.

I believe the owner of Scrapebox uses these forums so maybe he can help me. Or perhaps someone can help me how to contact them when they don't respond to emails.

If you still own the domain then you don't even need to set up a POP account - just set up a forwarder to whatever email you currently use and get the email with licence info within minutes. You seem to be making it hard on yourself.
