Scrapebox support disappeared

I also changed my SB installation yesterday, new activation was in 3 hours and last update works perfect.

I didn't get a response for about 10 days. Is there any progress

they replied me day before yesterday to something I had sent. I know they work 7 days a week, but a lot of times they say peoples emails just go to spam. So make sure you whitelist @scrapebox.com

Did you need help? I don't work for them but can help with a lot of scrapebox things, unless its licensing.

It never stopped. They support scrapebox 365 days a year for more then 12 years now. Sometimes their replies go to peoples spam folder or get filtered so a user thinks they are not responding when they are etc.. I just got a response from them a few days ago to a mail I sent. They are still answering every day. You can look at the sales thread here on bhw too, they always reply there. I am uncertain if they reply there daily, I haven't tracked it. I know at a point they were faster to reply to support tickets then they were here on BHW.
