Scrapebox returning 503 error but says proxies passed

I'm trying to scrape google and it's saying a 503 error when I go to the harvester log. But when I test the proxies it says google passed, would it say passed if they aren't good?

Because there are different kinds of ip bans and the proxy tester only does a very basic test. I have a video on it here
