Why limit yourself to just one when you can own both? 
Being a blackhatter means you need to have every program in your arsenal at your disposal. I have Scrapebox, Senuke X, and Xrumer so I'm ready to go lol

Scrapejet allows you to post effectively to the sites that scrapebox slow poster fails on due to certificate or security interruptions
Reason is Jet is socket based and Box is browser based. Box is quicker for posting to trash sites (AA or whatever)
But to get those better PR hard to get links Jet is better - but it only works really well if you add the targets yourself. (Right click on the profile and select "add targets" or something like that)
So for best results - I use both. I only want high PR, LOW OBL, spam free sites to post proper decent (but spun) comments on specific to my niche. Preferably requiring a captcha solve. I have some PR5 and 6 blogs where I'm the only comment and even today Google analytics LOVES them.
Whereas 125,000 shit comments on AA blogs already full of spammy porn and viagra links just gets me a Google slap and not a lot else.
Like I said - both is best. Box for scraping - Jet for posting (you can put the same scraped lists into GSA or NHSEO as well mind you)

I recently used the trial no hand seo. First I was a bit sceptical until my site list on google first page. Tried to crack it after trial ends. Failed. So I decided to buy something and bought Scrapbox due to the comment on this thread. However unlike No Hand SEO, scrapbox is very manual. It takes about 6 steps and there is no real time status.
I think I miss No Hand SEO a bit due to its automation element.
Is there anyway I can automate scrapbox more ?

Jet is a little better at slow posting as it doesn't have all the error and certificate verification popups that 'box has (mainly because it's socket and not browser based)
If you want to spam AA lists though Scrapebox is a lot faster - but if you want to spam AA lists then at the end of the day you will likely get the rewards that a lacklustre effort like that deserves.

Is it better to scrap it yourself ? Or is the end result i.e. first google page either method is just as effective ?
Neither, Gscraper rather than Scrapebox and No Hands SEO rather than Scrapejet.
Just don't buy both like I did then request a refund for Scrapejet because it don't work and get both Scrapejet and Scrapebox licence blocked with no responses from support.
Bad company to deal with.
