Scrapebox not working

    Scrapebox has not been working for me lately.
    It worked fine a few months ago, and when I tried to use it the other day it didn't work.

    I have basically tried everything to get it to work.
    -updated scrapebox
    -redownloaded it
    -disabled all firewalls

    When I run the program it loads "verifying license" for about a minute and then this pops up:
    "Unable to access any Scrapebox servers at the moment. Please try again in a moment" - This pops up every time.

    After that, I try to activate scrapebox and it gives me another message "We have not been able to submit your activation request".
    I know all my credentials are correct because it gives me my license code.

    I have tried to contact Scrapebox support by email 2 times and still no response. It's been like 5 days.

    Anyone know of a fix for this problem? Or a better way to get ahold of scrapebox support?

    sounds like license/activation problem to me. are you trying to use same copy of SB in 2 different pc? is yes, close it on one of the PC. also reinstalling SB might help!

    Have you tried using the contact form on the scrapebox website? Also try to email support AT scrapebox.com or PM Sweetfunny.

    Try using a different email id. I've had some issues lately receiving emails due to my mail server blocking them.

    Download Scrapebox again and run it separately from the original installation.

    yes its a good idea and its seems like a license verification issue than any else.

    I just searched this and there's one person who's had this issue and emailed twice, with an .edu email address so i guess that's you? Support has replied to you same day both times, so your email provider is likely sending our emails to spam.

    If ScrapeBox is saying it's unable to access any of our servers, it's not a license issue but a connection issue. Either you are using a really old version and need to update or ScrapeBox is unable to connect to the net due to something blocking it. If you are running it on the same .edu network that's blocking our emails it's appears they are blocking traffic also.

    i think there is a problem of proxies on your scrapebox you should change your proxies and then run

    Seems your IP banned by Scrapebox Licence Server. Contract to the support.
    It can happen but im not sure.

    Few days a go i faced this type of problem for another software, When i contract to the support they informed me that my IP is banned. When I used another IP its working good.

    Yes that's me! That's weird because I used the same network last year and it worked. I have the latest version.

    My University must have blocked everything from scrapebox because I have received no email replies back from scrapebox support. Not even in my spam. It's strange because if they are blocking scrapebox, they haven't even informed me or sent a message about it being restricted.

    Maybe another student used scrapebox and got our IP banned from the University lol.

    Do you have any suggestions? Maybe use a VPS or change my IP?

    Did you try running a new copy of SB separate from original installation? This fixed a license issue for me.
