PM all your buyers and let them know that your software is down and peeps are working on it; give them the option to cancel their order if they don't want to wait. I can practically guarantee you that nobody will cancel...

Logically, this could be a comptetitor who is betting on sales of their scraping product going through the roof if SB goes down.
It could also be a group of blog owners who got sick of the spam.
It could even be someone like Anon/4-chan who often take action on misplaced information and mob mentality without thinking it through.

Its been down since 6pm on the 25th at GMT+10. That equals 31 hours at this point. If there is a DDoS then Sweet can't get to the server either, which means they have to contact the data center and wait for them to fix the issue.
Also, if you try and launch scrapebox, it even comes up now and says that the servers are experiencing a DDoS attack that that they hope to have it back up soon.

I opened it during one of those little green lines during all that downtime and got in. It took about a minute in a half then it verified my license. I guess I was lucky.

It will be sorted out soon..now is a good time to do some manual linking.
I tried this but didn't get lucky on the timing. To retry, I quit SB and restart it. Is there a quicker way to retry the verification (some menu item or something)?

That would destroy their security.
I am sure they have techs 24/7 at their host, thats not the issue. This isn't a case of, oh please help me reboot my server. DDoS is more specialized. Dealing with a solution is going to be something that only a handful of people if not 1 or 2 at any given host specialize in. So you have to get those people and get what you need, such as hardware and/or software in place to take care of it. Its more complex then it may seem up front. Ill not bother explaining more detail as it would likely be a lost cause, but at the end of the day, they can't make any sales right now, so you know since they aren't in this for the charity of it, that they are working at it with everything they have.

Hmm, what about just closing access to all the web and create somehow post form when we can submit our IP adresses/ranges for example together with some licensing info to clear out possible DDOS bots, it can solve downtime problems right now while Scrapebox team clear out this issue?
