Scrapebox NOT WORKING? :(

General advice is if you've already got copies of Scrapebox running (from earlier on), don't shut them down. If you start a new copy it'll try validating the licence - and can't because the server's down.

DDOS attacks can be tricky to come back from, and as there's no ETA of the server being back up, we may need a little more patience. Hopefully next time, they'll have a backup plan.

Good luck to sweetfunny and her team.

and this is what happens with software that needs to connect to host to validate your license - for all we know, the whole SB crew could be on holiday on the Bahamas right now and not come back for weeks ;)

I have 3 licences on 3 computers and luckily, two SB instances on 2 different computers are running just fine, so I'm not shutting down the 2 computers tonight...

not working for me...

Wow, am I glad I found this thread, I was about to buy scrapebox after reading about it on here earlier, but noticed a few recent posts complaining that it had stopped working, now I come back hours later and find it still isn't working and the thread has grown with similar complaints. Talk about good timing.

I know some have said that its worked flawlessly for the last year, but thats not important to a new customer, its more about what its doing now, and how reliable it will be in the near future, and this thread is not exactly a good first impression. Think i'll give it a few more months and see how this pans out, as i've lost all confidence in its reliability now, but just thought I'd post to thank you for making this thread, highlighting the scrapebox issues and potentially saving me wasting $57, at least in the short term!, :o

Yes, I understand and respect that, and i've read many threads about it when it was working but what i'm saying is, if I had bought the software four hours ago, I wouldn't be able to use it either then or now, at least you and other existing customers have already had your monies worth out of it in the past. It also looks like its been down for several hours, and still no updates posted on their website to let their customers know what is going on, or a timescale to resolve it. Good communication is the strength of any company, especially one where there is a need for completing license checks or the software is U/S.

It doesn't matter how good a tool other people say it is / was in the past, if it doesn't work when you have just bought it, or are about to.

Like I said, I think i'm going to leave it for a month or so, to see how long this problem goes on for, how quickly its resolved and whether downtime becomes a frequent event. I agree that is good software and worth the money (when it actually works) and I was impressed enough to be about to buy it, however at the moment it isn't working and there is no indication of when it is likely to start working again, so at the moment i'm keeping hold of the cash and waiting for updates just like everyone else.

lmao.

Working for the last 5 days....... SB is running for 5 days ;) Time for a reboot, but i will wait before the servers are back online :)

1st i lost TweetAttacks i hope not SB
2th a payed hotmail creator not working for weeks (i'm loosing all my thrust in bot builders, they grab your money and are gone..... the real BH way i know but it is not nice)
edit:
3th frustration: Who are those jokers who are selling TweetAttacksPro? How the F did they get my email address, if they get it from the builders of TweetAttacks they are big asses. And do the Pro builders really think old TA users will ever buy it (never ever)?

{Insert Giant Face Palm Here}

You shouldn't buy it. Instead when the attack their under is over, just buy the services from someone on here.

yup...praying the same as you....but can anyone suggest ant alternative??....good luck to everybody...

Same problem, then I checked the connectivity via their help option and neither server can authenticate, I was hoping they were doing maintenance but this is now day two of not being able to connect, is scrapebox working for everyone else?

This is frustrating. Just when i decided to start a intense sb campaing...=(

I'm glad I'm not the only one.

It's the first time this happens, it's very strange since SB is normally 99,9999% up and running. I hope they get back online soon, I have an enormous queue list I need to process ASAP!

I'm sure they will get it fixed ASAP.. I don't recall any other times when Scrapebox have gone down for too long so this must be the first.

Just give them some time and it'll be back before you know it.
