That's what I was looking at, but assumed that would have been updated at the same time as the one in SB.
I'm doing a quick check now across 1000 URLs from a recent session.
I'll do 1000 on the Link Checker inside Scrapebox and then I'll do the exact same run on the external Link Checker software and reply with the results.
Both sessions will be done without proxies so that won't come into play.

Did you try changing your timout settings for link checkter to 90sec and with 10 connections?
Actually this can happy due to your connection speed so if you are using some settings which are not suitable for your connection, you are prone to get such errors.

No I had them both on 50 connections. Time out was 90 seconds though.

I have a similar problem. I can't get Link checker to return any working links. I tested it on my own WP blog with several approved links, some with urls right in the comment. No backlinks found.
I have watched several tutorials. I can see it is checking my web site but it doesn't find the link. Sometimes, I get a 501 Error.
I am using private proxies.
Any suggestions?
