scrapebox Licensing problem please help me !

I purchased the license for the tool a while ago and I was working with it, and now I changed my device completely and tried to log in with my data, after waiting, the activation was not done and I contacted them, but I find a stable response without anything clear, no matter how much I change the text of the message
What should i do now?

I do not recall how long it takes to get the activation on a new device is but @Sweetfunny is the one who sells it so maybe they will see this tag and pop in here for you.
 
They activate it within 12 hours. So if its not done in 12 hours there as a problem, and the 2 most common problems are

1 - you used up your free transfer for the month. If this is the first time you have tried to activate it on a new machine or reinstalled your OS, if its the first time in December then this is not the issue.

2 - you input the wrong info. This is most common. Look in your backups for your info. The most important pieces are your payment email - which is your primary paypal email at the time of purchase. Also your paypal transaction Id. If you can't sort it you want to contact support directly. http://www.scrapebox.com/contact-us

I have not transfer my license for more than 3 months
i will try again
