You can't. They don't update pagerank anymore. It's a useless number.

It is not that PR is no longer updated, it is discontinued completely. PR was not updated since 2013 and was outdated in 2014, now it is not possible to even check PR of domains so there is absolutely no point in trying to check the PR of any page.
PR is gone, dead, caput do not concern yourself with PR.
You can use Moz, Majestic or some other type of quality metric to decide the quality of a page before posting but I would assume that, if you are looking at PR, you have been following some incredibly outdated guides and you should maybe do some reading of guides from 2016 before proceeding any further.

Yup, if you want to check how good the domain. you should check TF & CF metrics(majestic). its more accurate.
