Scrapebox issue

It seems google is not working in the harvester. I just opened the app after not using it for 2 years so I know my ip is not banned, what would be the cause of this? If I go to Settings>Harvester Engine Configuration>Google >Test Engine it says "No links could be retrieved" Yahoo and the others work. Please help!

Here is an example of an error if i try to scrape:

2/22/2023 9:11:53 PM: HTTP: -1 Error sending data: (12029) A connection with the server could not be established, URL: https://www.google.com/search?

Also it looks like I can harvest WITHOUT proxies but as soon as I try to use proxies nothing works.

so the proxies are bad then...
