Scrapebox isn't working - anyone else having sudden issues

Hiya, just wondering if someone can help me or tell me a solution...possibly
I don't know if its the update, but it says unable to retrieve license. Anyone have the same issue?

So your security software may have updated and is not blocking it, or your router. So restart your pc first. Then make sure you add an exception in your security software and in your router.

I have about 5/6 licences on macs, server and windows

it works and hasn’t failed in 10 years maybe
