I’ve been trying to use scrapebox however when I harvest each keyword it returns minimal results per key word. I get around 300 results and then an additional 40 max. It seems like it stops after 4 pages no matter what the key word is.

for each key word it will run like this 100, 100, 100, then 10 to 40. 4 pages and it stops then moves onto next keyword. Tried changing some settings and delays but same results.

did you watch @loopline 's tutorials on youtube? Here is the link:

Scrapebox is a beast, but it's hard to master, you need to know a lot of tricks in order to use it properly. Seriously, spend some time (few weeks to few months) to watch those tutorials and play with the software until you get the hang of it and you'll see how powerful it is

This is a limitation of the search engines genearlly speaking. Google knows that no one really even ever goes to result 300, so while they have a hard cap of 1000 they very often soft cap at 300 or there about, to save on resources. So you just have to add more variations, like if your keyword is car then do

car
car 1
car 2
car a
car b
car grass
car blue
etc....

That forces google to return different sets of results from its database, and then also you can remove duplicates when you are done.

Yes this is what I assumed and built up a 20k email list pretty easily. Thankyou for your input.
