Scrapebox error 2captcha.com

Hello,

I am currently trying to enter my captchas contracted with 2captachas.com and in primary captcha it does not recognize my account but in secondary captcha it does recognize it.
Days ago this did not happen, I have migrated SB to another pc and since then it fails (everything is updated and verified).

@loopline Do you know how to fix this?

There is a new version just out .21 and it has a bug fix for 2captcha.

So you can try updating. It seems odd that it would not recognize it in primary. I would also try and remove it, and then restart scrapebox adn then re-add it
 
Problem solved with ScrapeBox v2.1.0.21 update.

It is strange that after the update it did not work.
Still, verify that there is money in the captcha, the correct introduction of your credentials.
Another option is, re-download ScrapeBox and see if it works. If you have any settings, make a copy of the entire SB folder to avoid losing any important settings.

If all this does not work, write to support. They will surely give you a solution.

Thank you. It’s the api from 2captcha’s official website. I downloaded it twice and updated both, but it still doesn’t work.

I also use 2captcha.com.

It seems to me that the only solution is to talk to support.
The same thing happened to me and a colleague. We talked to support and within days, they rolled out an update and everything worked.

I hope it helps.

What version of scrapebox are you using?

and if you go to help >> restore previous version, and then try it your saying it works?

and when you enter the 2capthca api your entering it and then clicking update service?
 
Configuración del servicio -> Seleccione el servicio para editar-> 2captcha.com -> API -> Update service -> Balance = perfect!!!!! :D
