Scrapebox staff usually replies you in less than 24 hours. May be they missed your message or something...

No ScrapeBox is far from dead, we handle a fairly substantial number of emails every day. What issue are you having? I'm not finding anything searching ss1180.

I didn’t purchase from here. I purchased scrapebox in 2017, didn’t use from 1 or more year. It was working fine even before some days too as I installed new window in my system. After that when I fill my license details then it’s saying request is in processing and need to wait 12 hours but after 12 or more hours it’s again asking for license details. Means not getting activated.

Try restarting the scrapebox.
Usually it takes less than 12 hrs. Are you sure you filled the right paypal email id and transaction id?

last 10 years i have invested $$$$ on many tools ,but one software which still works after 10 years is scrape box.
hardly few softwares tend to extend their support after many years ,Scrapebox is gold

yes i filled everything correct. i tried many times - sometime when i open it it's showing processing but after more than 12 hours nothing happened and asking for license details again.

Are you using the right license details? Are you using the latest version of ScrapeBox at least v2.1.0.0 or higher because older versions wont work as we upgraded servers at that point? Where did you purchase the license from us or someone else? Any chargebacks or anything?

Yes I am using latest version and using correct details. We purchased from kingwarrior. There is no any charge back and as I said it was working fine, just problem after new windows installation.

When you say "we" purchased it, then it sounds like the license is being shared plus you didnt buy it from us. I'd contact whoever you purchased it from. And just to note, ScrapeBox licenses cant be shared or resold.

Just a note to anyone purchasing ScrapeBox, please do not purchase from any other source except for the official ScrapeBox.com website or the BHW sales thread. For 11 years we have given BHW members an extremely cheap deal for ScrapeBox and $67 over several years is peanuts for what you are getting. It's not worth trying to nickel & dime to save $10 when whoever bought the license can resell the same license to many people or file a chargeback with us.
